This website belongs to Vladi Haivoronski, a UK-based filmmaker. This page explains, in plain language, what data the site handles and what your rights are. Questions any time: vlad@haivoronski.com.

What I collect, and why

• Enquiry forms. When you send a quote or rental enquiry, I receive what you type: your name, email, project or rental details, and dates. I use it to reply and to prepare your quote. Legal basis: taking steps at your request before entering a contract.
• Email and WhatsApp. If you contact me directly, I receive whatever you send. WhatsApp is operated by Meta under its own privacy policy; by opening a WhatsApp chat you use their service.
• Advertising measurement. If you accept cookies on this site, Google Ads sets cookies that tell me whether an advert led to an enquiry. No cookies for this purpose are set unless you click Accept. Legal basis: your consent, which you can refuse or change at any time.

Cookies on this site

• Google Ads conversion cookies (set only after you click Accept on the cookie banner): measure whether visits from adverts turn into enquiries. Operated by Google under its own privacy policy.
• Your cookie choice is stored in your browser so the banner doesn't reappear on every visit. It contains nothing but the word "granted" or "denied".

If you decline, the site works identically; Google receives only anonymous, cookieless signals used for aggregate modelling.

Who else processes data

• Netlify hosts this site and stores form submissions so they reach me.
• Google processes advertising measurement data if you consent.
• Cloudflare Stream hosts and serves the portfolio films embedded on this site.

I don't sell data, run third-party advertising on this site, or share your details with anyone beyond the services above.

How long I keep it

Enquiries are kept while we're in contact or a project is live, and for a reasonable period afterwards for records. Ask and I'll delete your details sooner.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask me what data I hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and withdraw cookie consent at any time (clear this site's data in your browser and the banner will ask again). Email vlad@haivoronski.com for any of these. If you're unhappy with how I've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
